A bit more shopping and go to the post office to put in an authorisation for Robyn to pick up my mail and then out to KAB.
20km of glorious downwind bitumen then 10 of corrugations and finally 10 of good dirt to KAB.
Vicki, who gave us cold beers at the Adeles Grove campsite, left a note on the King Ash Bay notice board asking tourists on the Hells Gate road to be kind to us. Vicki is a legend!
Checked in and checked out the pub which was closed till 5pm.
Met Chris O’Brien at King Ash Bay. Chris had left the requested two bottles of methylated spirits stove fuel and Bruce’s camera charger at the Borroloola caravan park. All good.
