DAY 3 DIMBULAH TO CHILLAGOE

Sore but otherwise ok.

Brian cooked breakfast before heading out over lower Hills to Petford.

Disappointed not to see the famous Petford Crossing where one of highest performing seed collection of Eucalyptus camaldulensis was sourced.  Maybe it was at Emu Creek.

Then a few hundred metres of climbing, some at 11%, before descending to meet the Mungana railway again at Almaden.

A quiet softdrink at the Almaden pub watching the cows grazing round the station to cool down then off for the lasyt 30 km to Chiilagoe.
