Canadian weather service forecast strong headwinds but no rain back to Tom Price. From a cyclist point of view that is a half glass full/half glass empty situation! The Canadians were wrong. There was light rain for the 10 km out of the Karijini Park then a slight headwind most of the way back to Tom Price.
On the way back we passed Mt Bruce which Bruce assured me was quite a scramble to walk up. Bruce indulged in a long investigation of the geology of the rock strata at the top of the Marandoo Hill and back to Tom Price.
It is always surprising how much quicker the second time riding a route is than the first.
